• Die Gesellschaft für innovative Personalwirtschaftssysteme mbH ist ein führender Softwarehersteller von integrierten HR Management-Anwendungen für staatliche, öffentliche und soziale Arbeitgeber in Deutschland. • Unser Produkt KIDICAP® ist seit 40 Jahren auf dem Markt und wird heute von rund 25.000 Organisationen als Cloud Service genutzt. • KIDICAP® bildet eine moderne Web-APP-Plattform für alle Bereiche des Human Capital Managements und alle Unternehmensgrößen. • Das Unternehmen beschäftigt rund 200 Mitarbeiter:innen, mit wachsender Tendenz. • Zur Verstärkung des Entwicklungs-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen: • Product Owner / Produktmanager in der Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d) | Full Remote • Arbeitsorte: Remote (Deutschland) oder Offenbach am Main oder Leipzig | Zeitmodell: Vollzeit • Die Tech & Produkt Organisation besteht aus knapp 160 Mitarbeiter:innen und ist verteilt auf 2 Bereiche (Core & Fachapplikationen) und insgesamt ca. 15 crossfunktionale Teams. • Die Produkt-Teams sind nach Produktnutzergruppen ausgerichtet wie bspw. Lohnabrechnung, Mitarbeiter-Self-Service oder Personaladministration. • Leitmotive sind „You build it, you run it“, “Common Ownership” und Clean Code. • Die Arbeitsweise ist pragmatisch und agil. • Agile Coaches stehen on Demand zur Verfügung. • Deine Aufgaben: Analyse und Erarbeitung von Anforderungen zur Entgeltabrechnung; Design und Erstellung von detaillierten Anforderungsspezifikationen; Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden sowie Durchführung von Workshops, Umfragen und Interviews, zum optimalen Verständnis und Einbindung von Kundenbedarfen; Priorisierung von Anforderungen (Product-Backlog, Business Value, Terminierung und Risiko); Unterstützung in der fachlichen Qualitätssicherung; Arbeit mit agilen Methodiken z. B. Scrum, Design Thinking oder Personas.

• Eine entsprechende Ausbildung bzw. fachliche Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung in vorherigen Rollen • Interesse und Affinität für analytische Tätigkeiten und Fragestellungen der öffentlichen Tariflandschaft • IT-Grundverständnis und Technologieaffinität • Freude daran, gemeinsam mit einem Team Lösungen zu erarbeiten • Eine methodische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+)
