• Develop and implement human resource strategies that support business objectives. • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to ensure the company has the right talent to succeed. • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures compliant with applicable laws and regulations. • Manage performance evaluations, employee development, and promotion processes. • Handle conflicts and disciplinary actions by company policies and applicable labour laws. • Ensure a positive work environment and corporate culture that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion. • The role is an individual contributor role.
• Demonstrable experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role (minimum 5 years). • Extensive experience in goal management methods, particularly OKRs. • English as a native language. • Excellent German language skills, a Plus. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • High level of autonomy and assertiveness. • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
