Description

• Evaluation of entries from suppliers and customers managed through an in-house IT system • Implementation of global material and product compliance requirements • Compliance with the threshold limits for regulated heavy metals • Tracking changes in the regulatory framework • Ensuring proper handling of REACH-SVHC in the company • Declaration to SCIP • Track the process to completion of the IMDS task • Relying on drawings to confirm the authenticity of entries • Work with various IT systems to access information • Assisting Quality department in evaluating entries • Support to suppliers and customers for data entry into IMDS • Timely completion of documents related to internal progress tracking • Evaluates, develops, updates processes

Requirements

• University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience • Fluency in English language • Experience with SAP would be considered a plus • Familiarity with IMDS would be considered a plus • Great communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks • Responsible and disciplined • Precise, with analytical thinking • Ability to prioritize tasks
