Description
• Support completion of accurate financial statements for KOSTAL entities • Identify anomalies in financial processes • Assist in review of key controls and design new process controls • Report timely accounting data and perform statutory accounting • Prepare group consolidation in accordance with German GAAP • Contribute to management reports and analysis • Manage ongoing operations of the team and facilitate knowledge transfer • Lead process optimization projects and resolve issues • Interact with external auditors and develop stakeholder relationships • Establish KPIs for GL and Asset Ledger performance
Requirements
• University or college degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business • University degree Accounting degree, also the Hungarian National accounting certificate (Mérlegképes) • High proficiency in the end-to-end GL and Asset process • 5 - 8 years of experience in Accounting (GL and Asset Ledger) • Complete familiarity with SAP FI Module • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools • Fluent in English
