• Omerd serves today as Turkey’s one of the pioneers and leader in software and systems consulting firm 17 years since its establishment. • We provide international services in Software and Microsoft technologies to our sector leader clients. • Our expert team provides solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Customer Relationship Management Consultancy and Software Development Service in Information Technologies, which are constantly developing with high-scale projects. • We are looking for teammates to join our ever-growing team to be employed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based projects. • Providing end-user training when necessary, using the requirements document as a critical guide, to ensure that issues are identified and fully resolved prior to rollout. • Taking part in every stage of Software Development projects and working in coordination with the relevant units. • Having the ability to take initiative in projects. • Advocates for the business clients in all phases of the complex solution development lifecycle for each of the critical stages, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow up. • Performs complex analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify core business issues to map out possible solutions. • Develops the business case for action, defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions. • Undertakes complex analysis to develop the detailed requirements of the solution to satisfy the business need. • Works closely with the development team to refine the solution design, methods, and outcomes. • Monitors progress to ensure that the emerging solution meets the demands of the requirement document. • Resolves conflicts arising due to any technical deviations from the agreed requirements. • Evaluates how users are working with the solution during the implementation phase and ensures modifications are made, where necessary. • Keeps abreast of best practices, resources, and trends.
Requirements
• Completed associate or undergraduate education, graduated from relevant departments of universities • 2-4 years in an analytical role, business analysis, or product management experience • Experience with business processes digitization, technical integrations, data processing/visualization and requirements gathering • Good knowledge of MS Office applications • Preferably experience and knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Very good level of English • Cultural Fit Flexibility and motivation, Strong team spirit, transparent communication, and self-management • Quest for constant learning (new technologies) • Ability to work for and in a team • Autonomous worker, able to work independently • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver against targets
