• Customer Success Agent role focused on ensuring client satisfaction • Building strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional support. • Collaborating with teams to resolve complex cases and enhance client experiences. • Actively monitoring customer feedback for service improvement.
• Proficient in English and at least one more European language. • Experience with G-suite, Slack, CRM systems, and remote working tools. • Experienced with different channels of support, including email, phone, and/or chat. • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. • Open to shift work and work on weekends/public holidays when needed. • Previous experience in the crypto industry is ideal, but not a must. • Relevant professional or academic qualification: languages, business, marketing, psychology. • Experience with AI Chatbots CRM systems (Intercom, Zoho, Zendesk) is an advantage.
