• Conceptual development and continuous monitoring of the quality process to ensure high advisory standards for both volunteer and full-time counselors. • Developing new quality assurance concepts for new projects/areas. • Leading our Quality Assurance Team. • Facilitating intervision and team meetings. • Supporting and guiding the members of the Quality Assurance Team through one-on-one meetings, feedback, development of support materials, case reviews, and, when needed, accompanying counselor meetings. • Handling particularly challenging quality-related conversations. • Scheduling and shift planning. • Collaborating with other advisory-related teams, especially the Mentoring Team. • Maintaining the e-learning platform in coordination with the Knowledge & Quality Team.
• Completed psychology degree (M.Sc.) • Excellent knowledge of various counseling techniques (particularly systemic counseling) • Several years of experience in psychosocial counseling, including digital counseling • Experience working with children and adolescents • Proficiency in conducting conversations with professionals • Strong ability to structure work processes and a high level of self-organization • German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at C1 level.
