Description
• Play a pivotal role in developing content and knowledge strategy. • Lead an engaged team and collaborate closely with CXO and COO. • Focus on elevating psychoeducational content and knowledge resources. • Develop engaging and effective psychoeducational materials and products for external audience. • Build and maintain a robust internal repository for the team’s expertise and operations. • Lead the Content Team and execute a social media strategy. • Oversee Knowledge Management team to ensure successful development of the strategy. • Create knowledge resources for new products or external workshop formats.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in content production, content strategy, and project management. • Experience in working with KPIs and implementing them for performance measurement. • Proficient in using digital tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Slack, Google Workspace). • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse target audiences and stakeholders. • Structured working style with a focus on efficiency and clarity. • Ability to transform complex knowledge into creative and engaging formats. • Confident and comfortable working in both German and English. • Nice-to-have: Psychological expertise or a background in health/prevention. • Nice-to-have: Experience in product development or creating knowledge and content products.
