📋 Description
• We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team and support the ongoing development and enhancement of our Property Insurance Valuation Platform (PIVP). • This online platform provides fast, cost-effective property valuations using global data and advanced analytics. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that help clients analyze property portfolios, mitigate risks, and improve decision-making processes. • Research and document your customer personas (buyers and users), the jobs they do, what they need to be successful, what problems they face, and what alternatives are available to them. • Support the sales team during client engagements by providing product demos and addressing technical questions. • Prototype innovative solutions to address customer problems. • Drive implementation efficiency across your application. • Support the end-to-end deployment process for new client implementations, ensuring seamless configuration and integration of the platform. • Coordinate with offshore teams to manage the technical deployment of new features and ensure quality control.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree • Possess strong knowledge about compliance and risk management relative to real estate insurance and asset management. • Social and outgoing attitude, with genuine empathy and sincerity for our customers. • Demonstrated success in managing strategic customer relationships. • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. • Proven ability to learn and adapt. • Metrics driven with an ability to demonstrate product success using key performance indicators.
