Description

• Kroll is seeking an VP focused on OT Security. • Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in PT Security services. • Assess security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Help clients protect industrial systems from evolving cyber threats. • Conduct comprehensive security assessments, develop roadmaps, and provide expert advice. • Lead the design of secure OT networks and maintain cybersecurity policies. • Train and support security professionals on OT Security fundamentals. • Establish effective relationships with partners and vendors for compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP) are preferred. • OT Security focused certifications preferred (GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 Series etc) • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity. • Deep understanding of OT Security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, etc. • Proficiency using OT-specific security tools and frameworks such as Nozomi Networks, Tenable, Armis etc for threat detection and response in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) • Deep knowledge of ICS systems, including their architectures, communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC), and security challenges • Experience with security technologies relevant to enterprise and OT environments. • Proficiency in network security, threat analysis, and risk assessment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
