Description

• Design, develop, and implement methods and processes to validate AI/ML models. • Develop methods to explain AI/ML model decisions and ensure transparency in model outputs. • Ensure AI/ML models adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes, validation results, and compliance measures. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, and improve model validation techniques. • Utilize data science knowledge to examine and audit technical model components. • Develop and test code using SQL, Java, C++, Python, and apply testing methods. • Develop and implement effective controls to ensure compliance with established policies. • Conduct risk assessments of AI/ML models and conduct audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI model development, testing, training, tuning, and validation. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Strong understanding of data analysis, modeling, and interpretation. • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations relevant to emerging technology. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
