• Working directly with the CEO / founder • At the forefront of GenAI, Design Thinking, Sustainability and Innovation • Part of a global team, working together with peers in Mexico • Preparing a Miro board for Global Design Sessions • Co-facilitating training on GenAI for customer research • Brainstorming ideas for blogposts on sustainable service design • Hosting meetings with customers on project progress • Preparing proposals for customers
Requirements
• Currently doing university education in Strategic Design, Business, Marketing, Innovation or Entrepreneurship • 1-3 years of work experience directly with customers • Understanding of the marketing & innovation toolset: qualitative research, personas, journeys, etc • English is a must • Dutch would be great • Spanish is a very welcomed plus • Self-directed and extra-mile attitude towards customers • Modest but confident • Timezone is Dutch +/- 2 hours
