• Design customer experience, innovative services, marketing campaigns and even corporate startups with a global mindset and a passion for entrepreneurship • Apply Design Thinking and Lean Startup in every project • Focus on what customers want, feel and desire, and find solutions inspired by deep know-how on the world’s most customer-centric frontrunners • Ownership of innovation, research, or entrepreneurship projects within your team, joined by a strategic lead • Advocate of the customer, and understand their needs while balancing business goals • Visualize and deliver insights; improve the way of working through research, business development, and marketing activities
• Completed university education in Strategic Design, Design for Interaction, UX Design or similar • 1-3 years of work experience in Service Design, Corporate Startups, or other human-centered innovation programs • Discovered AND delivered services before • Fluency with the service design toolset: qualitative research, personas, journeys • Speaks Dutch. English is a must. Spanish is a very welcomed plus • Self-directed and motivated to improve the practice
