🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of professional design experience (internships or freelance work are also considered). • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles and showcases your ability to create clean, thoughtful, and effective designs. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and other design fundamentals. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to create polished, high-quality design work. • Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly, both visually and verbally. • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take feedback and apply it to improve your work. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
