🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en áreas de Servicio al cliente y Cobranza en Contact Center • Conocer las 3 sub-áreas de Operations & Customer Success • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en gestión de equipos • Conocimiento de riesgos crediticios y productos financieros • Liderazgo de equipos; preferentemente conocer técnicas de coaching para diferentes perfiles de personas • Manejo avanzado de paquetería de Office / Google Drive • Inglés avanzado • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita en español • Licenciatura terminada en áreas administrativas o a fin
