Description

• Deliver high-quality technical services to support and enable Kueski’s products • Oversee the technical and non-technical aspects of the development process • Guide and mentor a team of software engineers • Lead as a software engineering expert, setting the direction for technical excellence • Implement and prioritize the product roadmap that enables Kueski’s products

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field • Proven experience in software engineering and development • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies • Exceptional people management and team-building skills • Expertise in relevant technologies, programming languages, and frameworks • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery • Strategic thinking with an ability to align technical solutions with business objectives • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges • Knowledge of security practices and software architecture principles • Excellent communication in both English and Spanish
