• Collect data on KueskiPay Instore strategy at affiliated merchants • Analyze Instore customer experience and area outcomes
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in Data Analysis or a similar position with experience collecting information on sales floor issues • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Business Administration • Proficiency in Office suite and Google Suite • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of best practices in customer service, call center data, and contact strategy metrics • Intermediate to advanced English • Basic knowledge: SQL (Information extraction, queries, database merging) • Basic knowledge of data visualization (using Excel and/or Tableau) • Basic database management skills
