Requirements
• 7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of branding projects. • 3+ years of experience leading and managing design teams, with a proven track record of mentorship and team development. • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, especially in tech, fintech, or related industries. • Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines across multiple platforms and mediums (digital, print, video, etc.). • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Figma or Sketch. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and other design fundamentals. • Ability to balance creativity with practicality, delivering high-quality design solutions that align with business goals. • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. • Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others develop their skills and careers. • Collaborative and open-minded approach to working with cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Fluent in both oral and written Spanish and English
