Description

• As Senior Manager of Product Management, you will define and drive the strategic vision and development of products • Lead a dynamic team and work closely with engineering and design teams to build products through agile development • Collaborate in defining the strategy to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term goals • Deliver innovative solutions that contribute to Kueski's growth and success

Requirements

• At least 4 years of team management experience with a track record of mentoring product managers • At least 5 years of product management experience • Exposure to working in a startup or fast-paced and agile development technology environment • Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into scalable products that solve problems • Solid financial acumen, ideally with experience in financial services • Demonstrated track record developing and deploying B2B products • An entrepreneurial, customer-focused product mindset • Ability to work with financial concepts and payment transactions • Understanding of the customer life cycle in transactional financial products • Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment with understanding of development concepts and Agile/Scrum processes • Advanced and assertive communication skills in oral and written English and Spanish • Leadership and people management; driving company objectives and achieve goals through people and processes • Structured problem solver and expert at prioritization • Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and disciplines using qualitative and quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems
