Description
• First-level support of issues, communicate with customer and provide support GSP system tickets handling for direct sales product • Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according FQA and instruction • Escalate the trouble ticket to second Line when you cannot solve it • Track issues through to resolution • Implementation for software delivery and upgrades • Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas
Requirements
• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer • Willing to work on call duty. • Experience with Sungrow product is beneficial • Experience dealing with issues, and have good communication • Willingness to travel • English and Spanish Proficiency at least C1 Level • Driving license is beneficial • H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training is beneficial • Filed service work experiences is beneficial
