Description

• Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year • Proposal creation and pitch, when required • Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory • Supplier management prior, during and after the event • Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation • Client and account management to ensure repeat business • Onsite management of the event • Budget management and post event reconciliation • Reporting to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years • Fluent in French / English / Spanish. Written and verbal language skills are essential. Italian-speaking is a plus. • Extensive knowledge of the French territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services • Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint • Detailed oriented and customer satisfaction oriented • Existing client portfolio is a plus.
