• Kwanso is a custom software development shop. • We build web and mobile applications using modern technology stacks. • The Sales Intern is responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. • The primary focus is to deliver results and exceed sales goals. • This role leads to a full time position. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. • Research and identify key decision makers within target organizations. • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers. • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations. • Negotiate and close deals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Kwanso’s products and services. • Accurately forecast sales and develop plans to meet/exceed quotas. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
• Student or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Knowledge of software development and custom software solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
