Description
• Working onsite for global clients as part of our kdb+ consulting practice • Developing our product suite • Operating as Subject Matter Expert for KX product installations and customization • Contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including influencing the overall design and architecture of the application and developing, testing, and deploying the code • Interacting with users to understand requirements and integration needs, deploy applications, assist with user configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform training
Requirements
• Strong academic background in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, science, or technology • 3+ years working in a software engineering / development role • Demonstrate a track record of developing successful software solutions in Python or similar programming languages such as Java / C# / C++ • A good understanding of Cloud Technologies • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills
