Description
• Collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing team, acting as a key stakeholder in the development of innovative solutions for our digital marketing campaigns. • Research to gather design references, and craft mood boards, storyboards, and animatics to effectively communicate your vision and ideas to stakeholders. • Take full ownership of projects from the initial concept phase through to completion, ensuring each project is executed with precision and creativity. • Play an integral role in the evolution of our design processes, focusing on enhancing scalability and efficiency. • Manage multiple project timelines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Engage with the strategic aspects of our projects, contributing insights and ideas that support our broader marketing goals
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual, brand, and/or motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in these areas. • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a solid understanding of creating impactful creatives for digital paid advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google App Campaigns. • Exceptional conceptual thinking and communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex ideas through design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with an emphasis on After Effects, for crafting dynamic visual content. • A history of developing templates and scalable design solutions, demonstrating an ability to innovate within the constraints of brand guidelines and marketing objectives • Experience or familiarity with 3D and animation tools, preferably Cinema 4D, to bring additional depth and engagement to your designs. • Proficiency in Figma, enhancing collaboration across teams and streamlining the design process. • Versatility in working with a variety of formats, enabling the adaptation of designs across multiple platforms and media types.
