• Experience in a Human Resources function. • Experience leading an HR Service Center. • Experience with people management. • Knowledge in ServiceNow. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global teams. • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented. • Good communication in English and Portuguese. • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources.
