Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR services regional center. • Manage HR service delivery processes and procedures. • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives. • Drive compliance with company policies and global procedures. • Identify and implement process improvements for effectiveness. • Monitor case flow and collaborate with leadership. • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. • Take ownership of complex cases and ensure resolutions.
Requirements
• Experience in a Human Resources function. • Experience leading an HR Service Center. • Experience with people management. • Knowledge in ServiceNow. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global teams. • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented. • Good communication in English and Portuguese. • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources.
