Description
• Solve complex problems as a System Administrator. • Identify potential future issues across platforms and services. • Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions. • Develop and maintain IT Availability Plans. • Monitor IT availability levels and address shortfalls. • Participate in Technical Leadership during incidents.
Requirements
• 10+ Years of Technical Experience • Any Graduation or B.E or Equivalent Degree • Good experience in VM Administration, Clustering, Hyper-V, Azure Hybrid Infrastructure and AWS • Good experience on High Availability, Multisite clustering • Good Understanding on Storage and Network issues • Good exposure on Cloud Architecture on VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud deployments • Troubleshooting experience on network packet capture and Analyzing Packet capture • Good Understanding on Application, Database and Network integration • System Thinking end-to-end • Understanding of systems from a reliability perspective • Ability to root cause sources of instability in high-traffic systems • Passion for resolving reliability issues • Understanding of operating systems / hypervisor internals • Familiar with TCP/IP stack, network routing and load balancing • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting • Proven experience in risk-based systems running on Several Server platforms along with OS clustering • Demonstrated experience in Server and OS break-fix support
