• Creates original graphic designs, visual materials, and data visualizations harmonious with the mission of Kyriba. • Translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging. • Performs as the Design Lead and provides guidance and leads peer reviews with other designers. • Stays up to date with design trends and seeks innovative ways to implement those trends into your daily work to strive to further develop and grow our brand. • Creates next-level presentations for C-suite and executive leadership members. • Develops art direction for large scale events and trade shows held across the globe. • Monitors our website, social media, and event branding and shares recommendations for opportunities across UX, UI, visual design direction, and visual content. • Collaborates with global department managers to maintain schedules and deadlines. • Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and audience preferences, using insights to inform design decisions. • Collaborates with other designers, content strategists, subject matter experts and web developers on design concepts, layouts and strategies, and defends approaches and rationale when necessary. • Clearly communicates ideas and direction. • Produces animations and video content to support various marketing initiatives and internal communications, preferred, but not required. • Manages and tracks projects using Asana, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in print, digital, web design, and animation. • Senior-level designer with a strong background in developing brand and sub-brand identities. • Demonstrated experience in creating digital design systems that integrate branding in to multiple touch points. • Strategic thinker who can incorporate data insights and innovation into their work. • Ability to design within Kyriba’s brand standards, with little to no supervision. • Highly proficient in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. • Plus if proficient in programs such as Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, and Firefly. • Strong working knowledge of UX UI principles and website workflows. • Experience with copyediting and proofreading for messaging consistency and brand accuracy. • Must have online portfolio to be considered for this position.
