• Take a leadership role in defining and delivering exceptional user experiences on our platform. • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions, leveraging advanced GenUI/AI techniques and data-driven methodologies. • Architect and implement high-performance interfaces, ensuring accessibility and scalability. • Partner with UX designers to translate complex prototypes into high-quality, production-ready code. • Design, implement, and refine dashboards that enable intuitive user interaction with financial data. • Spearhead the integration of generative UI/AI technologies for adaptive user interfaces. • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promoting best practices in UX and front-end development. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers for cohesive product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in UX-focused front-end development. • Mastery of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/styled-components, and Figma. • Deep knowledge of functional React components, hooks, state management (e.g., reducers, context), and performance optimization. • Proven experience with generative design and AI-driven user interfaces. • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, enabling collaboration across diverse teams.
