Description

• Acting as a technical lead on data visualization projects. • Designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI. • Educating and leading on the projects regular and junior resources. • Remaining update-to-date on product improvements/releases and work closely with internal teams to stay current on product developments. • Participating in the entire solution implementation process – from taking pre-sales activities, analysis, collecting customer requirements to design and development of reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years in IT industry. • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in creating reports and dashboards in the PowerBI tool. • Very Good knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query M language. • Knowledge about SSAS, Azure Analysis Services and Power BI Premium Gen 2. • Knowledge about data modelling, reports performance tuning, business requirements gathering and translation them to solution. • Hands on experiences with different connectivity modes (import, direct, live). • Experiences with PBI workspaces maintenance and administration (Gateways, security, etc.). • Experiences with direct query mode performance optimization on database, PBI and DAX side. • Experience with CI/CD and version controlling. • Excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving and critical thinking. • Ability to translate technical solution advantages into business value for the customers. • English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written. • Experiences in delivering e2e solution starting from requirements gathering, understanding business needs, design, develop, testing and maintenance. • Experiences in role of Tech Lead on projects (aligning e2e architecture with solution architects, building report creation and delivery strategy, work items split and control delivery quality and progress status). • Strong leadership skills.
