Description

• Implement data ingestion pipelines from multiple data sources using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and other ETL tools. • Develop scalable and re-usable, self-service frameworks for data ingestion and processing. • Design, build, and manage SQL Server databases in the Azure cloud. • Perform data modelling and integrating data from various systems. • Review and implement best practices for data manipulation. • Create and support Azure Data Factory pipelines. • Integrate e2e data pipelines to take data from data source to target data repositories ensuring the quality and consistency. • Communicate with the customers, provide them with technical insights as well as data interpretation. • Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

Requirements

• 11+ years of professional experience in the Data & Analytics area. • 5+ years of experience in the Senior Consultant role with a strong focus on Azure data solutions. • Advanced knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering, and integration. • Very good knowledge of cloud data services, data warehousing, big data technologies, and data lakes. Especially Azure and Azure DataBricks. • Expertise in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. Proven experience in using of Microsoft ETL tools (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake and SSIS). • Programming skills for data analysis (PySpark, SparkSQL, Python, SQL). • Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance standards. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to apply DevOps and DataOps principles to data pipelines. • Ability to use ARM templates • Experience in working with JSON • Good understanding of business processes and the ability to drive automation through effective management. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills with regards to providing customers with technical insights as well as interpreting data for them. • Ability to work in a team and independently, showing strong ownership for the assigned scope. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
