Description

• As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. • You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Your primary goal is to enhance organizational processes, improve workflow efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company. • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand business processes and requirements. • Create and maintain integration mappings and scripts. • Provide support and troubleshooting for incidents related to ServiceNow applications. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
