• Au sein de l’équipe Produit, participation à l’amélioration de SmartFeeds : Product Flow. • Alimenter la Stratégie Produit grâce aux insights récoltés. • Identifier et prioriser avec le Lead Product et l’équipe Engineering. • Découvrir et prioriser les problèmes par des entretiens utilisateur. • Travailler avec les Engineers & Designer pour construire les meilleures solutions produit. • Informer nos utilisateurs des nouveautés produit et diffuser la culture Produit au sein de l’entreprise. • Participer à la formation et la documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• De formation grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, • une première expérience sur un rôle de Product Manager ou chef de projet, • appétence pour la technique. • Posséder des bases en programmation serait un plus. • rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et proactif(ve). • esprit d'analyse et qualités relationnelles fortes. • excellente communication verbale et écrite, en français et en anglais. • connaissance des concepts et méthodes liés au développement Produit (Agile, Scrum, Shape up, RICE, …) et au SQL. • expérience dans le monde marketing digitale (SEA, SMA) appréciée mais non obligatoire.
