Description

• Process vendor invoicing and monitor/book accruals • Process and book vendor payments • Maintain and update vendor master data • Lead vendor communication and alignment • Process employee reimbursements and company credit cards • Monitor, book and reconcile asset register (development projects and fixed assets) • Take part of streamlining and optimizing our processes between R&D and finance • Perform month end reconciliations and analysis • Help with the annual audit process • Monitor VAT and sales/use tax compliance in everyday operations • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics or similar. • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable • Critical Thinking and highly motivated • NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets • A plus if you have experience with working in multinational companies (various regulatory frameworks and foreign currencies) • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics • Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with the senior leadership team • Verbal and written fluency in English • Proven track record of delivering on commitments, and working closely & effectively with peers and leaders outside of the Finance team
