Description

• Acting as a strategic Finance business partner to the leadership team • Develop, lead, measure and maintain the key KPI’s that drive the most impactful long term business results • Support functional business reviews by developing fresh insights and more visual displays of financial and operational KPIs, metrics, trends -- and propose solutions to improve results • Prepare financial analysis and presentations for the senior leadership team • Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, partnering with the CFO to deliver on financial and operational targets • Create quarterly cadence around segmented profitability analysis to support the global organization and improve margins • Work on special projects and provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions. • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or similar. • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills. • NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets • A plus if you are highly competent in working with data and programming tools (eg. Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.) • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics • Model creation ability and willingness to demonstrate some past models • Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with the senior leadership team • Proven track record of delivering on commitments, and working closely & effectively with peers and leaders outside of the Finance team
