Description

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visually communicate solutions and demonstrate product features. • Collaborate closely with Laivly’s Sales, Solutions, and Creative teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and ensure prototypes align with business objectives. • Leverage Laivly’s design library to turn workflows developed in Miro into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve prototypes. • Support Laivly’s Design team in ensuring a consistent visual and user experience across all product offerings. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, especially within the contact center space. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on prototyping using Figma. • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity prototypes created in Figma. • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices. • Proven experience working with and contributing to a Design System and Design Library. • Experience in contact center operations (preferred). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and working with people from diverse backgrounds. • Ability to adapt to change and innovation.
