📋 Description
• The EDI Business Analyst will report to the EDI Product Owner and will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT and Business teams. • Gather and synthesize information through user interviews • Benchmark industry best practices and existing solutions in the market. • Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories of the digital solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English mandatory • 5 to 7 years in a similar role • Knowledge of logistics industry specifically on air & ocean freight and customs domain • Understanding the technical aspects of EDI, including standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML-based EDI • Excellent communication is fundamental • A focus on continuous improvement for both the team and personal development • Managing EDI projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
