📋 Description
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and organize materials for presentations, meetings, and reports. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders. • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-up. • Manage logistics for CEO’s travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries. • Support special projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and action items. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information. • Organize and maintain the CEO's office and workflow, including managing documents and supplies. • Process and track expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
