📋 Description
• Provide technical support for .NET-based applications, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimal downtime. • Maintain and troubleshoot applications built with C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework. • Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries to support application functionality and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve bugs or system performance issues. • Apply basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML for front-end maintenance or enhancements. • Monitor application performance, conduct routine checks, and implement necessary updates. • Ensure adherence to security best practices in application support and maintenance. • Document support processes, common issues, and solutions to aid future troubleshooting.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework. • Strong expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning. • Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery for UI-related tasks. • Proficiency in HTML and basic front-end structure. • Familiarity with application security concepts and terminologies. • Willingness and enthusiasm to work in a support engineer capacity. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
