Requirements

• Great customer service, Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients • Self -starter and responsible • Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients • 4 day work week (3 weekdays, 1 weekend) • Must be able to work 2 morning shifts (10am to 6pm) AND 2 afternoon shifts (5pm to 10pm) • Must have own laptop and spare phone
