Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. • A track record of managing and maintaining flawless operational processes that make a difference • Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English • Desire to, and the ability to, work autonomously in a highly collaborative yet fully distributed, global team environment • Strong desire to solve tough problems and share learnings with others • Able to set up and manage automated workflows and create high quality standard operating procedures • Assertive communicator, able to influence and gain buy in from peers and senior leaders • Ability to effectively work autonomously and with self-motivation and self-direction • A track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact
