• Must-Have (The fundamentals) - Mastery: A rounded knowledge of marketing disciplines and techniques and a mastery of organisation - developing these into processes that deliver consistent results - Communication: A confident and clear communicator, able to work with subject matter experts to extract information related to complex subjects and convey these to a wide audience in a simple, easy-to-understand way  - Leadership: You can manage yourself and organise others to deliver projects - Impact: A track record of managing marketing activities that delivered real impact  • Nice to Have (If you don’t have it now, you will after joining) - Mastery: You have a depth of expertise on a specific aspect of marketing such as digital, social media or branding - Communication: A master in the art of influencing and persuasion with an extensive network in the construction and tech start-up industries  - Leadership: You have project managed complex projects - Impact: A track record of significantly impacting the teams you’ve worked with
