• responsible for growing and managing Soybean Meal Risk program • manages soybean meal risk for approximately 90 feed mills • guides and executes soybean meal risk strategy • builds new customers and maintains existing relationships • works cross functionally within the NutraBlend risk management business division • requires strong knowledge of soybean meal markets and negotiation skills • must have exceptional oral and written skills along with strong organizational skills
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience trading agriculture products with direct responsibility for performance • ability to build strong relationships • experience with merchandising of agricultural products • demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
