📋 Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligning with the organization’s goals and objectives. • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, coordinate press releases, and organize interviews with executives. • Plan and execute internal and external events. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging external content. • Produce and distribute internal newsletters, news digests, and thematic communications. • Monitor media and social channels for brand mentions, respond to feedback and comments. • Lead initiatives related to corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Collaborate with design teams to create branded visuals and merchandise. • Track and evaluate the success of PR campaigns and events.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise conducted online/offline events, and formation of their budget. • Skills in working with various social networks and content development tools. • Experience with Canva or Figma and video editors. • Ability to organize and plan press conferences, image events, workshops, lectures, and preparation for the company's Strategic Sessions and business trips. • Experience in improving employer branding and corporate culture. • Experience with corporate branded products for employees and working with suppliers • Experience in writing interesting and informative articles, promotional materials, news portals, and press releases. • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
