Description

• Oversee the execution of one medium-sized project and multiple smaller projects. • Establish and maintain development processes, providing leadership and coordination for the development team. • Monitor team performance, generate progress reports, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management for a minimum of 3 years. • Proven ability to lead teams of 15 people or more, fostering motivation and teamwork. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills, experienced in business and system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and backlog prioritization. • Proficient in customer communication, fostering client relationships, and managing enterprise-level projects with a focus on achieving business goals. • Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
