β’ Engage with customers, investigate technical issues they may have, and either solve the issue or escalate them to the product team. β’ Your primary technical focus will be on the infrastructure and deployment of our products. β’ Typical customer engagements can include investigating bugs, troubleshooting deployments, handling outages, etc. β’ Set up environments for debugging, explore products, and cultivating supportability knowledge. β’ You will mentor and knowledge share with the support team.
β’ Experience with troubleshooting and administrating networks (HTTPS, network diagnostics, etc). β’ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Web Server technologies (experience with IIS is a plus). β’ Unix-like administration experience. β’ Experience working in a cloud hosted environment (Azure, AWS, etc). β’ Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes is preferred, but Docker is okay). β’ Experience in writing scripts. β’ Demonstrated experience working with customers and organizations. β’ Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus.
