📋 Description
• The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. • The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. • You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. • To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. • The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues. • Quality assurance analysts document the entire quality testing process.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Keen attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Creative and innovative thinker • Diligent and meticulous • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing. • Experience documenting bugs, issues, evidence or any other important item to ensure that the requirements are being met. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Solid knowledge of SOL and scripting • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus • Availability to travel 20% • English: Advanced 80% - 90%
