• At Laserhub, we have metal running through our veins, and with our procurement platform for metal parts we are leading the very traditional sheet metal industry into the glorious age of full digitalization. • At laserhub.com, end customers, and metal parts manufacturers come together via a lean, digital process. Instead of spending many days or weeks on a single order, everyone can work with unprecedented efficiency, fulfilling their demands just in a few days and for multiple orders. • Since 2017, our team of experts has demonstrated that our concept is well received by the market – now we want to play a big part in making the entire metalworking industry digital. • To achieve our goals, we are looking for an excellent employee for our Product Team as (Senior) Product Pricing Manager (m/f/d). • In this position, you are an indispensable part of the product team and provide a fundamental contribution to the product success. • You collaborate with cross-functional teams and will work closely with product managers and metal tech experts in guaranteeing our prices maximize sales and are accurate. • You are responsible for pricing strategies and processes, anticipating market trends, prices for product and shipping, and challenging production costs. • You will help to create innovative and valuable solutions for the complex requirements of our B2B environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in pricing, online B2B sales, finance, consulting, or similar • Completed studies (Bachelor, Master or MBA) in the fields of Business Management, Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related • Outstanding knowledge of pricing strategies & principles, advanced pricing methodologies, and techniques for estimating elasticity • Demonstrably strong analytical, critical thinking, and abstraction skills. Capable of breaking down complex problems into patterns and root-cause drivers • Able to use technology (e.g. SQL and Python) to extract, manipulate, and analyze data systematically, aiming to generate insights, make informed decisions, and operationalize them in the organization • Enjoy working on a complex product, and are passionate about technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry. You challenge the status quo every day • Great written and verbal communication skills in English. Good German is a plus. You are well-structured and able to interact with stakeholders inside and outside the company
