Description

• You will be involved in various revenue accounting activities • Make sure taxation entries in relation to E-Comm revenue are correctly accounted for and drive the related Indirect Tax data submission process • Participate in accounting for certain third-party processors of credit card transactions • Have a deep understanding of internal order/booking systems to make sure E-Comm revenue is accurate and complete • Reporting to the Finance Director, actively participate in the monthly financial close for the sales subsidiaries • Prepare account reconciliations/analyses and journal entries for all areas including Accounts Receivable, Deferred Revenue, Accruals, etc. • Reconcile daily credit card transactions to the third-party processing statements; calculate related FX gain/loss, chargebacks, and credit card processing fees • Prepare domestic federal, state, and local tax requirements as well as local obligations (VAT Filings) in other countries of responsibility

Requirements

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline • Proven experience in accounting • Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and be challenged; self-driven, motivated, and can cope with ambiguity • Ability to interact with and build productive working relationships across all organizational levels and departments • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and technology in general
