Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer in the End User Experience cluster, your primary responsibility will be implementing software solutions to enhance the user experience for LastPass's consumer and Vault users. • Implement features in LastPass's consumer web application domain. • Troubleshoot, debug, and support complex internal or customer issues. • Participate in creating and maintaining our development environment. • Actively contribute to enhancing the team's efficiency within a Cross Functional Team (XFT) with process and workflow improvement ideas and participate in their implementation.

Requirements

• Preferred professional experience in commercial software domains, such as SaaS. • Proficiency in PHP web application development and knowledge of web infrastructure, HTTP, REST principles. • Familiarity with OOP best practices, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and PHP design patterns. • Adherence to security best practices, including basic knowledge of Docker and web security. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience in version control (e.g., Git), build systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), bug tracking (e.g., Jira) • Solving complex problems while designing software solutions • Strong attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • Frontend development experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, including basic experience with Angular/React. • Familiarity with C# and .NET Core, along with experience in distributed systems and software adhering to high security standards. • Knowledge of modern development tools, techniques, and standards in Containerization and Cloud Native Applications. • Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, including EC2, container services, and Elasticsearch.
