• LastPass is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager: • As a Project Manager in Privacy Operations and Safety & Trust, you will oversee and coordinate projects related to Privacy Operations and Safety & Trust. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of privacy, safety, and security concerns, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • If you are passionate about project management, have a keen eye for security and privacy, possess a relevant technical background, and thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, then this is the role for you. • Your impact will directly shape the intelligent, customized, and engaging client experiences we create. 🎯 Requirements
• Cross-functional project management experience, ideally in a SaaS company, with working knowledge of the product development lifecycle. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (We use Monday.com & Jira). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to establish credibility and adapt communication style based on the audience (executives, technical/non-technical team members). • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Understanding of industry best practices in project management and Agile methodologies. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Fluent in English. • Experience with privacy tools and technologies. • Knowledge of online safety and trust mechanisms. • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. • Experience working with global teams.
